Google Authenticator Code Field Not Showing

Not sure why I keep trying for help here, because in 5 posts I’ve never received any answers. Lol. But here goes.

For some reason, when I go to log into my WordPress back end, with the plugin installed, the only fields I get are Username and Password.

When I fill those fields and hit “Log In,” it tells me incorrect user name or password, and then it shows the Google Authenticator field properly. So, this time it shows all three fields, and I can easily log in.

So, in essence I have to attempt to log in twice every time I want to get in. Help please.
