Google Authenticatior logins do not work

    I have installed, activate and set up the plugin for my principal admin account. However, when I log out and attempt to log back in, it will not allow me to log in with a paired Google Authenticator app. I’ve tried pairing it via barcode scan and via manual key entry, but every attempt to use the OTP gives the following error:

    Warning: unpack(): Type N: not enough input, need 4, have 0 in /home6/biafra/public_html/erraticfoxboy/wp-content/plugins/wp-google-authenticator/admin/admin.class.php on line 494

The Google Authenticator one time password is incorrect or expired. Please try with a newly generated password.

    I have to use the recovery code to log in and disable OTP.

    Varying the maximum time discrepancy does nothing except increase the number of PHP warnings.

    What am I missing here to get this working?
