Hey there!
You can see all the setup steps here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#section-2
And here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/#payment-request-buttons
Can you go through those steps again and see if it still doesn’t work?
Hi fevered,
thank you for your reply. I did this steps but it still doesn’t work. Is it necessary to activate the account when I just want to test the payment?
Can you give more details on what you mean by activate the account? Do you mean use live mode? If so, I would suggest trying live mode as well to see if it works there or not.
I have a very similar problem, the only difference is that the apple pay button is showing but the Google Pay button (or any other button actually) is not.
@fabhack, have you checked, if the button-container was just “styled” away with css by your theme? this was the case on my shop.
@fevered, how is it possible, that the Apple Pay button is shown on Safari but Google Pay is not showing where i would expect it (I use Chrome and have a credit card attached). This is the shop that i am talking about: colours-shop.de
thanks in advance for your help

@fevered I tried with live mode but it doesn’t work either.
@lgarbe I looked in my source code but there wasn’t an element for apple pay.
Hey @lgarbe! Can you please start a new thread for your issue? That will make it a bit easier to get help
Hey @fabhack can you please contact us at WooCommerce.com > My Account > Tickets. You may need to create an account before you can access that page.
Please include a link to this forum thread, so that we can keep track of what’s already been done.
We will be able to help you further there.
@fabhack Please post the solution when you get one. I’ve noticed a similar issue, though in our case, the Google Pay button shows up on Chrome in Android, but not Chrome on a PC.
@linux4me2 that was a good in hint! I tested on mobile devices and there Apple and Google Pay is working (in the cart), but not in Chrome on a PC..
I already asked the support and I will inform if I get a solution.
Okay I get it… Google Pay only works if your google account or browser is connected to a payment method.
So @linux4me2 open Chrome and go to settings. In the section AutoFill you find payment methods or something like that. There you can add a (random) card number and now the Google Pay button will appear. Otherwise you can connect your Google account with Google Pay like here: https://support.google.com/pay/answer/7625055?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop and use this account in Chrome
@fabhack Thanks for the info! I must have some payment method connected on my phone that I don’t know about.
@fabhack @linux4me2 Did you guys manage to fix this issue. I have enabled Apple Pay in WooCommerce settings and the file is created in the server as well. I have also added the domain in Stripe. Apple Pay is enabled in my mobile device as I used for my payments but still I can’t see the button on my website. The same for my Google Pay as well. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
Hey @maransekar! Can you please start a new thread on this issue? This thread has been resolved and is 3 months old so most folks won’t be looking at it – your best bet for getting a response would be to start a new thread.
Thanks @fevered . I will raise a separate thread.
