• Hi guys,

    I’ve got 2 questions:

    (1) I pasted the Google UA code onto the theme option’s tracking code field, but Google says that the code is still not installed. Is there a workaround for it?

    (2) Is the theme compatible with Contact Form 7? I installed the plugin onto WordPress. When I tried to send a test mail, I did not receive the e-mail to my gmail even though it says that the message was successfully sent. It worked on my other wordpress blog hosted on the same webhost. Could you advise please?

    Thank you guys! 🙂

    I realised that the contact form doesn’t work on my other wordpress blog as well, hence there might be some host server issue. Here’s an update to Point 2 of my question:

    (2) I installed contact form 7 plugin onto the theme, but when I tried sending a test e-mail to my gmail account, my gmail does not receive the message despite it saying that the message was successfully sent.

    I checked the exim_mainlog and realised some errors on it:
    gmail-smtp-in.l.google.com [173.194.75.27] Connection timed out
    == myemailadd@gmail.com R=lookuphost T=remote_smtp defer (110): Connection timed out

    I changed my MX record to use Google Apps by the way. What could go wrong?

    The email issue is not likely a theme issue. Try using an SMTP plugin and/or ask your hosts about it.

    Sure I’ll let my server admin know about this issue..
    Could you assist with question (1) regarding the google analytics? Thanks!
