google adsense plug in

I wonder if you can help. I started with Adsense plugin in February and it was all fine but in the past week a few ads have disappeared from the header and sidebar. But when I go into manage ads there is no red marker in these positions. Just options for ads in the actual posts.

Can anyone help please?
