Google Adsense can’t find the code

    Hello

    I’ve been trying for about a week now to have my site linked up with Google Adsense, but it keeps saying that it can’t find the code. I’ve tried adding it to many different places on my site, both in the Genesis Theme settings and in your plugin, but it still says it can’t find the code.

    I’m hoping maybe you can see what I’m doing wrong?

    Hi Gemma,

    thanks for reaching out.

    I can confirm that you have placed the Auto ads code. I can see it added once through Genesis and two more times through other means, probably Advanced Ads and something else.

    Having the code only once on your site is enough, but the duplicates shouldn’t harm as well.

    The code is also contacting AdSense, so, technically, your site is fine.

    I know the message that AdSense gives you. It reads as if the code is missing, but they also say that they are still reviewing your site, right? I can’t remember the exact words, though. Would you be able to share a screenshot if you think that I might be mistaken about the message?

    Hi Gemma,

    thanks for the screenshot.

    I am not sure if this helps, but when I look at your site, I see <head > and not <head>. There is an additional space in the tag which might throw off the AdSense bot.

    You might have to ask your developer or edit the header.php file of your theme directly to fix that.

    I am very curious if this helps.

    Hi Thomas, I inserted the Adsense code into everything that is possible on the site, but google does not see it, what should I do? thank
