    Hi,

Thanks Ollie for plugin, it works good.

Some questions how to use it at best:

    • to improve a bit loading time/load, do you recommend to deactivate (but keep it installed) the plugin after creating the indexes ? Or any negative side effect in doing that ?
    • what is the exact procedure when there is a WP update ? revert indexes back, deactivate, reactivate and run it again after or what ?

You can deactivate the plugin after adding the high performance keys. You’ll get a miniscule (microseconds per page load) performance improvement if you do. I went to considerable trouble to minimize the background performance hit.

But, when the plugin remains activated, it intercepts changes to keys carried out by WordPress core updates and WooCommerce updates, and leaves the high-performance keys activated.

Upon updates, this plugin does not revert the keys and then re-add the keys. The core key definitions for the affected tables have not changed since the plugin first came out half a decade ago.
