    This plugin is really cool.

    Saves time – takes just seconds to install a new plugin; just point to the zip filename on the web or pc and click install under the plugins admin page. This is like the freedownloadmanager.com of WordPress plugins.

    Separation of activated and de-activated for ease.

    Con: it can’t delete plugin files without a directory.

    Other than that, installations are a snap. This is the first plugin you will want to install so the rest will be a breeze.
