Good plugin, but no support (Update- they fixed it in a week)

    The plugin is good, with good features. However, after the latest update the mobile visibility options have stopped working. I have posted on the forums but no one from the plugin developers has responded. I give the plugin 2 stars because there is no support from the developers. If they can’t respond to the problems in the free version of the plugin with the limited features, I wonder how good they would be able to support a full-featured plugin.

    Update-
    After about a week, The developers have successfully updated the plugin and the mobile visibility option have resumed to work. I have to increase the rating as at least they did not completely disregard the problem.

    Thank you for reporting this issue and sorry for the late reply. We have many support requests. And priority support given to the support ticket and local forum requests

    We’ll fix that issue on the next release, in 3-4 days.
