    I’ve had a good experience with SureDonation so far. I already use SureForms so customizing donation forms was easy and intuitive. My concern is the 2.9% platform fee on top of Stripe’s processing fees, which adds up and feels a bit high. I would love to see more competitive pricing as the plugin continues to evolve.

    Thank you for sharing your experience and for using both SureForms and SureDonation! I’m glad customizing your donation forms felt familiar and easy.

    Your point about the fees is completely fair. The free version currently has a 2.9% SureDonation platform fee in addition to Stripe’s processing fees, and we understand how that adds up when you’re collecting donations.

    The good news is that an active SureDonation Pro license removes our additional 2.9% platform fee. Stripe’s own processing fees still apply.

    We’re also getting ready to officially launch SureDonation Pro very soon, bringing it out of beta! In the meantime, I’d love to invite you to try the Pro beta and explore it ahead of the launch. We’d be happy to help you get your beta access and license set up, and confirm that the 0% SureDonation platform fee is applying correctly.
