Have you made sure that you have logged out of WordPress? You won’t see the coming soon page if you are logged in.

I hope i am putting this in the right place in the forum. I am using your plug in for the coming soon page and it will not show on the browser. My url is http://coolfam.net. Thank you in advance for any help. The plug i looks great and i would really love to get it working.

you will need to enable coming soon mode from coming soon setting panel.
Then if you have using any cache plugin then delete old cache from that plugin.

I have enabled coming soon mode and checked and don’t see any cache plugins that I am aware of at this moment… Could it be somethingbelse I may need to set on my dashboard?
