Glossary title, loading glossary terms

Hy all.
We got a problem we can’t solve: ase we pass over a term, before glossary mask it opens an auxiliary mask reporting: “Glossary title, loading glossary terms”. After half second, auxiliary mask closes and finally glossary mask opens. How can we avoid auxiliary mask opening?
