global-translator.1.3.1 not available

    I have installed global-translator.1.3.1 and xml sitemap. Support at Surftown helped me to change rights to maps and files and with the whole installation, but we can not make it work.
    XML Sitemap Generator for WordPress 3.2.3 sais: There was a problem writing your zipped sitemap file. Make sure the file exists and is writable.

    Anyone else tha have the same problem or even better managed to solve it?
