Glitch in Settings/Reading?Encoding

    v.3.01
    Settings/Reading is stuck.
    It won’t let me change encoding.
    I get an error message . . .

    Your attempt to edit your settings has failed.

    Please try again.

    Looks like a glitch,

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem? If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems?
