glb models not showing after plugin update

    Hi,

    After updating to any latestt version above 1.8.5, .glb models do not load.

    Can you please check it?

    Hello @alexio101 ,

    I have tested the latest 3D Viewer version 1.9.2, and the .glb model is loading properly without any issues on my end.

    You can update the plugin to the latest version 1.9.2 and check again on your website. If you still experience the issue, please let us know. You can also perform a conflict test by temporarily deactivating other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme to check whether another plugin or theme is causing the conflict.

    Please let us know the result so we can investigate further.

    I just wanted to follow up and check whether you had a chance to update the 3D Viewer plugin to version 1.9.2 and test the .glb model again.
