    Hi I was not able to link paypal to the givewp form and this is what they replied in French, which means that givewp must ask for a new token for my helpinghands.fr account since the one available has expired,thank you for your help:

    Dans votre description, vous avez inclus un Access Token ; cependant, le « nonce » de cet Access Token spécifie l’heure et la date à laquelle l’Access Token a été créé « 2024-11-26T17:14:46 » ou il y a quelques jours environ. Un Access Token n’est valable que pendant 8 heures. Puisque GiveWP tente d’utiliser un Access Token expiré il y a quelques jours, il a reçu le message « error » : « invalid_token », « error_description » : « Access Token non trouvé dans le cache ».

    Pour résoudre cette erreur, GiveWP doit demander un nouveau Access Token et utiliser ce nouveau Access Token au lieu de celui expiré. Pour obtenir de l’aide pour que GiveWP demande un nouveau Access Token, veuillez contacter l’assistance de GiveWP.

    Glad you reached out! Happy to help.

    That error is usually related to caching. GiveWP doesn’t usually play well with Caching. Can you try clearing your cache and then disabling your caching plugins (if you have any), before connecting to PayPal? In your shoes I would also try to connect after logging in in incognito mode.

    If that doesn’t resolve it, please send along the URL of your form.

    Furthermore, please send along your System Info.

    Navigate to Donations → Tools → System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here.

    That will give me some more context to be able to help.
