    Hi @xankiiza ,

Glad you reached out! Happy to help with this one.

I tried going forward a step in your form, but I encountered a console error that aligns with a bug that we’ve discovered recently. I’ve added this post to the bug report so that we can update this when a fix for it has been released.

You can view the bug report in here — https://feedback.givewp.com/bug-reports/p/some-currencies-break-vfb-forms.

The current workaround is to use our V2 forms to avoid this.

To accomplish that, first, go to Donations → Settings → Advanced then enable Option-Based Form Editor.

Subsequently, to create a new form using our previous option-based editor, you can go to Donations → All Forms then, on the top-right hand side, click on “Switch to Legacy View”. On the legacy view, click on “Add Form” at the top-left hand side.

You can view this screen recording for further guidance on that — https://www.loom.com/share/043e5a64202e4057a4733e34d23af604?sid=5c08fc63-a2a5-42ed-9a73-89b4fd6a7785.

Is this the same bug that you encountered, or was it a different one? How did you manage to submit the form? If this doesn’t solve it, please share the exact steps that you took to replicate the issue.

Please let me know if you have further questions.

    I’m always happy to help!

    Hi @xankiiza ,

It’s been a while since we’ve heard back, and I know troubleshooting needs a little extra time. I’m marking this as resolved for now, but if you still have questions, you can send them along right here, and I’ll be happy to hop back in.

    Have a great day!

Hello Robin. I already have this Option-Based Form Editor enabled, so it is not clear what the issue is. To replicate the same issue, i have php 8.1 installed so i think that is the issue may be.
