Give disabled custom javascript in header

So I have some custom javascript in the header that dynamically ads a href to buttons with certain IDs using window.onload.

With Give installed that code doesn’t work. When I deactivate the plugin it works again. I’ve read the forum about putting Give script in the footer. I tried that and it still didn’t work. Also tried disabling the_content.

Any ideas on fixes?
