When you click the link on your mobile phone, it shows two “provider” options after the “About Us” option. One of the provider pages works, but the other is broken; however, when I go into the menu, the broken one is not there to delete. How can I get rid of this menu bar that doesn’t show up on the edit page?

    Problem only on mobile.

    Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Did you delete the page in the wordpress menu? Appearance > Menu

It’s not showing to delete, that is my problem – that’s why I labeled it a “ghost”

Did you see the site via mobile? It shows two listings of “Providers” but one doesn’t work and it’s not in the menu to delete….

    What do I do?

    I´ve seen the site.

    To delete the item:
    1) Go to Appearance > Menus
    2) Select the item you want to delete and click con the arrow
    3) Click on delete
    4) Save the menu

I really appreciate that, but if that was the answer, I would have already fixed it on my own.

I called it a “ghost” because it does not exist except for in the mobile hamburger menu. It does not show in the menu option under the appearance tab to delete.
I even deleted both my main and super nav menus but the ghost link WAS STILL THERE!
I need to get rid of it off the mobile hamburger menu, but it is NOT in the menu to delete.
I’m still at square one. 🙂

Do you have other menus created?

Can you post a print of your menu screen?
    It is probably related:
    1) With your theme
    2) With a caché plugin

Hello Matias (I appreciate you trying)

The only two menus I have created are the main and the super nav. I deleted both and then re-added the links to recreate them (we need them for patients)

When I deleted them, the Providers link still remained. I don’t know how to post a photo here or convert it to a link.

However, if you go to lorenzclinic.com and view the mobile menu, at the bottom it says “call today”

That stayed there too when I deleted the menus…. Perhaps the “Ghost Provider Link” is somehow on wherever the “Call Today” is featured. Where can I find that???

Note: the “Call Today” is also listed at the top of the page on the desktop.
This may be the solution, I just need to know where to edit it.

Is it maybe a widget menu? Appearance > Widgets?

    Thread Starter shlorenz

    (@shlorenz)

Nope. There are no widgets in the top bar and I deleted the ones in the side bar just to cover my basis… any other ideas?

It’s still there. I can’t seem to figure out how.
