getting url from page name

I’m brand new to WP and I have to take over a previous developers work. He developed some additional control panel options using this tutorial – http://net.tutsplus.com/tutorials/wordpress/how-to-create-a-better-wordpress-options-panel/

I have to add to this list a drop down listing the pages on the site so the user can select what page a user is taken to when they click a link. I got the dropdown working and it’s saving fine. However, on the homepage where I use the variable that has the page name “About Us” in it, I’ve tried a couple of different ways to grab the url from the page name and can’t get it to work. Can anyone tell me how to do this?
