getting things aligned

hello, I have the latest version of WordPress and the Minimalist theme.
I made a few changes to the theme and now when i post things, only the latest post is right in the place and other posts get under the sidebar.
I would appreciate your help to fix this and get things in the maincol aligned and straight.
