getting the get–file–contend() error

    I have followed your directions, enabled url_fopen in the PHP.ini, applied for Amazon Affiliate ID, and AWS codes. found AINS codes for the books that I want to display and I stile get the same error messages that are listed in this forum 6 and 7 months ago. I have read all the threads and have not found a solution. Do you have a solution?
