To start, please make sure the plugin is configured with the following recommended settings:
- Field name: use a random name (not related to “honeypot”)
- Store honeypot value: ✔️ Enabled
- Global placeholder: Optional
- Accessibility message: Optional
- Use standard autocomplete value: ✔️ Enabled
- Move inline CSS: ❌ Disabled
- Disable accessibility label: ❌ Disabled
- Enable time check: ✔️ Enabled (set it to around 14 seconds)
Once that’s done, could you also share your active plugins list? This will help us see if another plugin is causing the issue.
Also, just a heads-up. CF7 Apps includes an hCaptcha option, which you can enable as an extra layer of protection while we continue investigating this issue.
