getting php warning

    i am using facebook plugin Facebook 1.5.4.its successfully installed but i am getting a php warning when i activate this plugin in my theme.theme name is newsway from newwpthemes.i don’t know the reason.the error is:
    PHP Warning: is_readable(): open_basedir restriction in effect.
