• I currently am running WP 4.1.1 with Suffusion theme 4.4.7. Also running The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro version 3.9.1

Attempting to embed individual events on the main page with the posts. Created a new post, gave it a title, then placed [event_embed event=”5752″]. It is embedding the event, but then I am getting the below error message and no other posts are displaying.

    Error Message I am receiving:

Warning: Illegal offset type in isset or empty in /homepages/27/d96471616/htdocs/MFS/Prod/wp-includes/post.php on line 1151

Any help is determining what is failing would be greatly appreciated.

Hmm, it’s not something I’ve seen reports of previously and I haven’t hit on it myself/cannot currently replicate.

Have you been able to do any troubleshooting – for instance, does this happen with a default theme like Twenty Fourteen and/or with no other plugins but The Events Calendar and Event Rocket running?

It looks like an error that might occur if WordPress is trying to inspect a non-existent post type … without a more detailed backtrace through it’s hard to envision why or how that would happen in this scenario.

    Barry,

Thanks much for the response. Upon further testing, it appears this only happens when I “Preview Changes”. Once I start moving around my website, all is well, so it is something within WP itself and nothing to do with your plug-in.

    Sorry for the false alarm.

    No problem at all 🙂
