Filling in the Download Manager/Gravity Forms form (and really, any, gated PDF form on the site) throws a CleanTalk error on submission.

“We’ve got an issue. *** Unknown response from…***. Forbidden. Please, enable Javascript. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk.”

Same issue here. It has been ongoing for 5 hours. Attempted to submit a ticket on your platform but got the same error.

We’ve got an issue: *** Unknown response from https://moderate9.cleantalk.org/api2.0https://moderate9.cleantalk.org/api2.0: cURL error 28: Operation timed out after 15001 milliseconds with 0 bytes received Anti-Spam service cleantalk.org ***. We have fixed the issue. There should be no errors at this moment. Could you check if everything is okay on your end?

I tried to submit a ticket but since the service was down your site would not accept a ticket through the form (your site had the same error as mine).

@serge00 I am now getting a different error instead:

*** Forbidden. Message seems to be spam. Anti-Spam by CleanTalk. ***

As my colleague said earlier we have fixed creating tickets issue and “enable Javascript” issue.
