getting fetal error when installing plug in

    I am getting below error:

    Fatal error: Class ‘WP_SMS_Gateways_Gateway’ not found in /home/u625991728/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-sms-gateways/includes/gateways/wp-sms-gateway.africastalking.class.php on line 7

    Please suggest how to install it
