    you need to use shortcode [events_calendar long_events=1 full=1] – http://wp-events-plugin.com/documentation/shortcodes/

you could also make your events list show as a calendar in your admin area: Events > Settings > pages > Event List/Archives > Display calendar in events page?

ok… so I have the calendar up, I have made events, and they show up in the calendar… but when I click them I get the Page Not Found 404 error message.

When I went back and checked the event, and clicked update, I noticed at the top of the page it said “Post Updated. View Post” When you click on that… it too sends me to the 404 Error message.

When I set up the events pages section in the settings, I chose to have them come up as pages, not posts. So why is it saying posts? And when I try to find those “posts” they are nowhere to be found… the only way I see them is when I’m in the Events section on my dashboard.

I’ve been looking and looking… and can’t figure this out.

Your help in simple steps is appreciated!

have you tried to re-save permalinks at WP Setting > Permalinks ?

can you try temporarily deactivating your other plugins and/or using the default WP theme and see if that helps?

each time after deactivating or re-activating themes/plugins you need to resave your permalinks

also, what server ar you on, Apache, IIS, other?
