getting error when trying to access the dashboard

Hi, When I am trying to access the wordpress dashboard, I am getting the following error –

The frontend is working fine. But I am unable to access the wordpress dashboard.

I understand that you are unable to access your WordPress dashboard, as you are met with the above error, is this correct?

The error message could indicate that your database is not configured correctly to auto-increment. You can read more about this here.

Can you reach out to your web host and ask them to help fix this for you.

The problem was with auto_increment. Everything is working fine now.
