    It seems like your Klarna European Production credentials are incorrect, please verify or remove these credentials and save again. API error code: 401, Klarna API error message: Unauthorized

    Hi,

    Usually a 401 error message means

    401 – Unauthorized
    If you receive this error message it usually means that you are using your credentials for the wrong plugin. It could also mean that the username and/or password is incorrect, try copying & pasting instead of typing in directly and double check for whitespace. If you need support, you should email your regions Klarna Merchant contact.

    If you are a new merchant your credentials might be setup for Klarna Payments plugin so try that in this case.
