Getting Error 404 on localhost /wordpress

Ok real n00b here just getting started.

I just installed MoWeS on a flash drive. Apache 2.2.11 ,MySql 5.5.8,PHP 5.3.5 and WordPress 3.0.1. When I try to start WordPress getting 404 Error. I checked wp-config.php and everything is correct. I’m clueless about what else to do.
