getting 'audio folder location not found'

I tried originally to install audio player through wp automatically but got a ‘audio folder location not found’ when trying to verify so I uninstalled and did it manually through c-panel but still getting same result. I followed the instructions on installation however couldn’t upload through cpanel with unzipped file. Only could do with zipped one.
Any advice?
