Hello @vfmv,
Where is this error displayed? Previously, we tried it, but we couldn’t find an error like this. Currently, we don’t have a clue about what’s really happening, but you can check the ../wp-content/plugins/jeg-elementor-kit/lib/jeg-element/assets/js/shortcode.js file in your WordPress folder to see if it exists or not.
Before, we searched some forums that had similar issues with other plugins, and from those forums, you can try clearing the cache (if available) or updating/reinstalling the plugin.

We’ll be waiting for your next update.

Hello @vfmv,
We apologize once again for this inconvenience. To reiterate, we have checked this issue on our side, but we did not find any issues similar to what you are experiencing. We suggest you deactivate all plugins on your site except for Elementor and Jeg Elementor Kit. This way, you can determine if there is a conflict with another plugin.
If this doesn’t help, you may want to contact your server service provider to assist you with this issue. We assume that the server might be blocking access to that file, preventing it from being loaded.
We will wait for your next update after trying these steps.
Thank You
