Getting a False Error – “WooCommerce is not active”

After installing latest updates on WordPress, Woocommerce and the Woocommerce Quickpay plugin, the plugin is not working anymore / not visible in Woocommerce and it is comming with this False Error ““WooCommerce QuickPay requires WooCommerce to be active. Go to the plugins page to activate WooCommerce”
Talked with the Woocommerce support guys and they are telling me that it is the plugin which is the problem. So we need a fix here 🙂
