gettext db entries (delete by domain)

    Hi,

    I have a lot of outdated gettext entries in my db from plugins(text-domains) that are not installed anymore. i would like to delete all gettext strings from the db that are from these domains. Is there a way to delete all entries by text-domain? right now all i can do is delete them one by one or check each of them and then delete 20 at a time in the gettext editor. This is very very inconvenient as they are 1000+ entries. I think an option to delete all of the entries by text-domain, or at least a clever db query would be helpful! Or am I missing something? I know 1000 db entries is not a lot of overhead, but i would like to do a cleanup!

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching out to us!

    What you can try is to use the “Optimize TranslatePress database tables” feature from Settings->TranslatePress->Advanced tab-> Debug section and see if this can help you remove the gettext strings that are not used at all.
