Question for any plugin developers out there – I’ve released a plugin but I’m not getting notifications to support requests. I have clicked the “subscribe to this plugin” button in support but that doesn’t seem to be it, what am I missing…?

@dominic_ks – that should be all it takes. Did you get a notification for this reply? Are you using the this same .org account for your plugin support? (You should be. You may manage the plugin from a “company” account, but forum communication should be from your personal account)

Have you checked your spam folder for misdirected messages? Maybe try a different email provider? Don’t use Yahoo however, they discard all emails from here. It could be your current provider does something similar.

    Hey @bcworkz,

Cheers for that. Yeah I got a notification from this and I do from any other forum responses when I click the “Notify me of follow-up replies via email” option for that thread.

That also works for support threads on my own plugin once I respond, I just don’t hear about them initially unless I happen to check.

Yes using the same account for everything and getting these emails just fine in the inbox, nothing in the junk…

OK, after unsubscribing and resubscribing to the support forum I do now seem to be getting notifications of new threads, so I assume something just didn’t go right the first time!
