Get Image IDs from a Pod Field

Hi,
im trying to use the Enfold Gallery with pods, i can use a Shortcode to implement the gallery witch looks like that.

[av_gallery ids='642,640,639,641' style='big_thumb lightbox_gallery' preview_size='portfolio' crop_big_preview_thumbnail='avia-gallery-big-crop-thumb' thumb_size='portfolio' columns='5' imagelink='lightbox' lazyload='avia_lazyload' av_uid='av-k2kj6sbt' alb_description='testgal' id='' custom_class='' admin_preview_bg='']

Under av_gallery ids=” i have to put the Image ids from the images i selected in the pods field.

Can someone tell me how i can geht the image ids from my PODS Field in a PODS Template?
