Get billing address

Good day, i’m trying to make a system to talk with my webpage, the motive of this is to get a supplementary app to get the billing address of clients and do something with it, the thing is, it is aparently not saved in the database, so i have several questions:

Is there any way to change this? make it save that data to some predet table than already is prepared to that job?

Is this data saved in any way shape or form? i mean, is it already in some place than i can reach but than is not the database?

Is there any other way i can make available this data to the second application?
