“Get ALL available terms” runs OOM

Hi,

While duplicating a post, your plugin fetches all terms for every related taxonomy.

We have multiple taxonomies with thousands of terms, our biggest has roughly 620.000. This simply does not work for us.

Maybe rethink this approach if you wish to support larger WordPress instances
