German translation link is dead

Hi!

I wanted to download the german translation for the WP plugin “Subscribe to comments reloaded” here:
http://wordpress.org/plugins/subscribe-to-comments-reloaded/other_notes/
But the link is dead. Then i asked the guy who did the translations (Hendrik) if he still has the files. Unfortunately, he does not have them anymore, but he said that the developer of the plugin should have them.

Can anybody you tell me how i can get the german translation?
