@pascal: can i help you with the German Translation, i am a native German speaker and i speak English also very well. I found this URL: https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/iq-block-country/stable/de/default/?filters%5Bstatus%5D=untranslated is it ok to use this, or can i help you in an other or better way to translate this great plugin to German.

I hope, it will be soon available again on the wordpress website.
