German language files updated

    Hi Pär,
    I have your plugin translated to German. The language files are loaded from the wordpress server, but not inserted. There are some errors present in the code.
    For next release, please add to index.php:
    Text Domain: cms-tree-page-view
    Domain Path: /languages/
    and delete in folder languages:
    cms-tree-page-view-de_DE.mo
    cms-tree-page-view-de_DE.po

    thank you for your fast reaction. An Excelent work. It works fine with default and formal language in German.
