Many cameras add location date to the image files they create, and MLA can help you extract the data and use it in your application. If that works for you I can give you more specific guidance. If you post a link to one or more of your image files I can examine them and tell you if the data is present.
If you want to modify the image file(s) and add the location data MLA will not help you; it does not contain ANY features that modify the files attached to a Media Library item. I do not know of any other specific plugin or tool for that job.
