    Hi,
my issue is that on some Chrome Android browsers, by connecting to my site in https mode, Woocommerce does not detect customer country (on checkout page “country” field is empty).
It happens for guest customers, so I made a test purchase in logged out mode from my Android Chrome and I noticed in the Woocommerce admin order section that the order comes from an IP address owned by Siteground, my web host.
So, why the real customer IP is not detected?
The issue does not happen if I connect to my site in http mode.
It’s a huge problem for me because my shop online has different prices by country, so if customer country is not detected he can’t see the right price.
The issue is only restricted for some Chrome for Android. I made a test on 7 different smartphone devices and the result is (3 with issue and 4 no issue).
On other mobile browser there is no issue and on desktop browsers too.
Siteground support service inspected the problem but with no solution
    Please help,
    Thanks

    Hi there,

This appears to be related to the browser that is used based on your testing. Can you please provide the specific browser versions that are showing the issue so we can see if there’s a connection?

Chrome for Android 74.0.3729.157 version. Anyway I found solution activating Cloudflare on my Siteground account.
