is there a code i can paste on a specific page with popup ID ?
is it possible to make pop up on redirected page? for example exiting traffic that goes through /out/ directory.

You other two questions
1) Im not sure what you mean or try to achieve. you mean a button to open popup ? Then check FAQ for answer https://wordpress.org/plugins/popups/faq/
2) You can try with referral setting. That means if the user is referred by xxxxx page show popup

I have no idea why, but it just doesn’t work for me with the targeting.
The moment i set county the pop up just stop showing.
any ideas?

Could be many reason. I would say to try clearing your cookies and try again.
Geotargeting saves your location in cookies to save resources so if you changed country or you are using a vpn it won’t work until you clear the cookies and session.

ye, i saw that, but i use W3Total cache.
