Geo Plugin problem

    Hello. I am trying to install the Geo plugin for WordPress 1.5.2

    I download the latest geo.php and placed it in my /wp-contnt/plugins directory

    however, geo is not available for activition when i go to my admin plugins panel.

    right now, the plugins i have active are:
    fallen media filter,
    wp admin bar2,
    and wordpress database backup.

    it doesn’t seem like these interfere. i am anxious to get geo functionality. can anyone help?
