Generic “coupon already applied” error message

    Hi there,

    Well done on a great plugin. I just had a small issue jowever, although nothing major.

    I am applying a coupon via a URL. The coupon is automatically applied when I click the link (without a problem), but I always get a generic WC error message popping up saying “Coupon code already applied!”. Is there any way I can stop the system showing this message, as it is confusing for customers.

    Even if I delete all cookies and try again, this message still appears when I click the link and apply the automatic coupon. Ideally it should not say this message at all, as I have not already applied the coupon!

    UPDATE – FIXED:

    I just noticed the problem. I had marked the coupon as ‘auto coupon’ and also added the coupon in the URL. So now I have deselected “auto coupon” and all works very well!
