I am using Version: 1.9.5. Unfortunately, with the auto-update installation of WP7.1, I am getting an error.log full of entries like the following: HELP – need fix

You don’t see the impact on the frontend. Just the error log is getting huge because the error is being reported so very many times per minute.

    Hi @ronsnow1

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
We have forwarded this to the development team so they can check this warning and fix it.

    Best regards,

    Hi @ronsnow1,

This is fixed in 1.9.6, released today: an empty signature in the page-builder detector caused the strpos() «Empty needle» warnings on PHP 7. Please update — the log flood stops immediately after the update.

Thank you for the precise report with the exact log lines — it made the fix quick.
