Generating a price table from custom fields within edit post

I am making an e-commerce site for a client that has product prices depending on product quantity ordered. I want my client to be able to go into the product(post) and enter in the many quantities and prices for each product and have this generate a price table on the page. My main problem is that some of the products will have to have a different number of rows and columns in their pricing table. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you.
