As it seems this might be a theme compatible issue. I think the theme is somehow not compatible with the plugin. However to confirm that we will have to test the theme with the plugin. In general the wp mega menu plugin works with almost every theme. I would request you if you could ask the support channel of the theme about this.
As you are facing a dropdown issue. I would like you to send a email at support@themeum.com with a screenshot of the dropdown menu or a screen recorded video which will help us see the issue and make a solution for it. I hope you will email us soon.

Anyway, QuadMenu seems to work not so bad only for the “under logo” menu section.
Do you know if there’s anyway to use two menu at the same time ? One menu under the logo section and one on the same line to the right of the logo ?
Maybe this template will be more understandable haha.

Yes there is a way to create two menu at the same time. The way you want it might need some changes in the header section but to do it. You will have to create a secondary menu and enable to show it on display in the mega menu.
